Back by popular demand is Yella Terra’s legendary 12 port head to suit the Holden Straight 6.
Revised port designs for a 30% improvement in flow figures.
Ultra lightweight alloy casting with re-designed water jackets for much imroved head cooling. With a choice of high compression 56cc combustion chambers or CNC profiled 72cc low compression chambers for forced induction.
Heads can be ordered bare with inserts fitted or assembled with quality 21-4N stainless valves, double valve springs and chrome moly retainers. Yella Terra Alloy head to suit the Holden Blue, Black and Red, 179, 186, 202 V6 Motors.
This part number is for the LOW compression BARE head which is intended for Turbo or supercharger applications.
ABH 308-3 High Port GM Holden
The ultimate basis for power generation in normally aspirated Holden V8 engines is Yella Terra’s ABH 308-3 high port manifold. The ABH 308-3 radically improves flow by up to 40% over factory, and with redesigned water jacketing plenty of metal is left for further porting. These assemblies are excellent street/performance combinations.
Flow up to 40% over standard heads
The raised intake port design is behind the extraordinary improvement in flow. Out of the box, the ABH 308-3 offers up to a 40% increase in flow. If you need more, the redesigned water jacket leaves plenty of metal to be moved allowing for possible 260 CFM with radical porting and 2.02″ valves.
490 HP potential out of the box
The overall design of the ABH 308-3 includes high lift double springs and chrome molly retainers. The strength of the build and the engineering and design of the head gives you potentially 490 HP out of the box.
More room for further machining
If you need more performance than what’s in the box, the ABH 308-3’s redesigned water jackets gives you ample metal to move to get even further flow improvements. Incorporate 2.02″ valves and watch the flow move towards even higher volumes up to 260CFM.
21-4N stainless 1.940″ intake and 1.600″ exhaust valves
Fully finished assemblies come with high strength stainless steel intake and exhaust valves with high lift double springs and chrome molly retainers. All there to give you the durability and strength you need to get the most out of your engine.

Yella Terra’s ABH 308-3 heads alloy casting construction offer a 50% weight reduction over factory cast iron heads.

Machined and ready to accept Yella Terra platinum race rockers or other stud rockers on 7/16″ studs.
ABH 5000-9 Asymmetric Port EFI Alloy Head
Yella Terra’s ABH 5000-9 design works with EFI systems to bring strength, power, and performance. Maximum porting flexibility is accommodated in the generous amount of metal left in the redesign of the water jackets. Out of the box, the 5000-9 is impressive, but we leave room for you to take it even further.
Accommodate massive 2.08″ intake valves
The ABH 5000-9’s design gives you the ability to use massive 2.08″ intake valves utilizing quality valve seat inserts compatible with unleaded and LPG fuels.
Remove significantly more metal
The water jacketing of the ABH 5000-9 has been designed to allow a significant amount of material removal to allow even more radical porting.
Up to 520 HP out of the box
Out of the box the ABH 5000-9 gives you up to 520 HP with its carefully designed intake and exhaust porting and over all attention to detail engineering. Phenomenal as cast flow figures and careful attention to the metal around the valve guides contribute to the power of the ABH 5000-9.
